Thank you for your interest in The Unbreakable Brooke Foundation. Please complete the following information to help us learn about your child. This information is required as part of The Unbreakable Brooke Little Heroes Powered Mobility Program to best match your child with a car. Recommended age of applicant is 1-4 years old. Older children will be considered on a case-by-case basis based on availability of larger sized ride-on cars.

Our Mission

The Unbreakable Brooke Foundation partners with families, students, and the community to build modified 4-wheel electric ride-on vehicles to provide mobility & sociability for children with special needs. Together the Unbreakable Brooke Little Heroes Powered Mobility Program strives to giving kids with different abilities the chance to move freely and enjoy life!
